Charmin

Review the complaints about their toilet tissue and revise their product accordingly. I have used Charmin for a number of years and prior to this, I didn't have problems.

Again, it is Charmin Ultra Toilet Tissue that caused plumbing problems. I had to call a plumber in December 2025 who had a big job clearing the line.

The first problem with Charmin is it's price. It's consistently the most expensive toilet paper in the store.

I only buy store brand toilet paper products since the prices are much lower and the quality is good.

The second problem is that Charmin will clog your plumbing especially if you have a septic system. It doesn't break down.

Animal resin is used to ply together their paper. It is a severe skin irritant and leaves a fermented urine odor.

The price of your Charmin keeps going up, and the width of your tissue keeps shrinking. When I go to wipe myself, I'm getting stuff on my finger because the width is so narrow now.

I submitted proper paperwork. I've been hung up and confused.

I asked for at least some coupons. I was told to resubmit. If I sent the receipt and package, how do I resend what was purchased at March Airforce Base? Sad rip-off for a blind veteran's wife.

Buy another brand. If there is no quality control, you won't get your money back.

I have used Charmin for many years and have never had any issues with their product. I'm not very happy about the new sheet tear system. I would suggest they go back to their old tears.

The new easy tear is anything but easy. Usually rips instead of tearing.

Waste of money imo. Buy another brand of TP.

Charmin commercials using bears were amusing years ago, but they are beginning to cross a line. Mama Bear is *** as *** Her son is fearful as he comes home from school because his mother inspects his *** and judges his failure?

Really? His school cannot afford Charmin; it's not his fault.

He's developed an expensive psychological quirk, and I'm supposed to chuckle? Get rid of it.

I went into CVS in Greenville on Butler Road on Sunday this past Sunday, and I was looking for some things. I said, well, let me grab a thing of mega tissue.

I've been buying it ever since they went mega; a very good deal. I picked up this. I looked at another one, same thing, so I went to the cashier and I said, this ain't mega. She said, no, that's a regular size tissue.

I said, but why is it saying mega with mega? So be on the lookout; do not buy Sherman if it's not mega.

They need to fix that or they're scamming people. Watch them make it mega and raise the price on it, scamming.

I talked to someone on the phone last week about the texture of charmin extra strong bathroom tissue which is suddenly very rough and scratchy he lied I tried to call today but your system isn't working to get a phone connection I i wish to only speak to a human on the phone I will not get hooked into an online frustrating 'chat" loop how can I get your terrible phone system that isn't working to connect

Use to use all the time but now going to find another brand. Tears awkwardly and each roll has bits and pieces of something scattered throughout.

Your commercials are terrible, old and over shown. The bears act like they're stupid.

The new formulation of Charmin ultra strong mega rolls is a joke. The rolls are the same price but tiny in comparison to the older product and the paper is so rough I can't use anymore. I won't be buying Charmin anymore.

Charmin now offers a new roll for people with narrow butts. Got this roll in a normal pack. Kinda funny.

Wave design is worthless. It shreds and leaves TP dust.

Whoever designed this didn't account for reaching back to the TP holder.

Return to straight perforation. Grrr!
